• Ensuring peace, order, and security in asylum accommodations, at events, or in public spaces
• Patrols, access controls, and presence services
• De-escalating behavior in challenging situations
• Contact person for residents, visitors, and authorities

What you bring:

• Minimum age 18 years
• Completed vocational training or comparable qualification
• Impeccable reputation (debt-free and no criminal record)
• CH / EU citizen
• Driver's license category B
• Basic knowledge of Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
• You enjoy working in a team but also independently
• Communicative, good manners
• Neat appearance and confident demeanor
• Willingness to work irregular hours (including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Resilience, sense of responsibility, and high social competence
• Technical ability to learn to operate systems such as fire and alarm systems
