Tasks
- Analyse and resolve technical and electronic faults using modern diagnostic technology
- Consistently adhere to quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Actively support the workshop team in daily work
- Advise customers competently on technical questions and communicate with them
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive diagnostician
- Extensive experience in vehicle diagnostics and modern workshop technology
- Independent and reliable working style with a solution-oriented approach
- Strong team skills and a strong focus on customer service
- Possession of a valid category B driving licence
