The Stiftung Zentrum im Hof ensures comprehensive care in the areas of housing and elderly care on behalf of the municipality of Greifensee. The modern and bright house is located near the historic town centre and the lake. The centre includes three inpatient care groups with 28 residents as well as 12 age-appropriate apartments. The public Spitex of the municipality of Greifensee is also affiliated with the foundation.

To complement our team in Spitex, we are looking for a skilled and reliable person by arrangement

Qualified Nursing Specialist HF or FAGE 40% to 50%

who places our clients at the centre of their commitment.

Your tasks

You care for, support and advise clients holistically in their familiar environment, thereby maintaining or promoting their independence. After thorough induction, you plan the care needs and manage and monitor the care process. Active collaboration with relatives and/or other involved professionals is part of your duties, as is close cooperation within the team.

Your profile

• Qualification as a certified nursing specialist FH/HF or FAGE
• Independent working style, as well as responsible and committed action
• Good communication skills and IT knowledge (Perigon, RAI-HC)
• Possession of a driving licence, own car (assignments are also possible by bicycle)
• Returnees are welcome
