Proficient in German and good English and French (min. B1).

What you will do here

Support the department or program director as well as the teaching staff in administrative matters
Take over the organizational management of the teaching operations including scheduling and room planning
Collaborate in various departments of the Bachelor program in Nutrition and Dietetics
Coordinate and record meetings, organize events, handle inquiries, and maintain central data and documents
Actively shape and further develop administrative processes

What you ideally bring with you

Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ
Several years of professional experience, ideally in education or a comparable environment
Precise, reliable, and independent working style
Very good knowledge and a strong interest in digital tools
Confident German as well as good English and French skills (at least level B1)
