- You take responsibility for the successful implementation of all electrical projects and services within the electrical subdivision in Zug.
- You lead, promote, and motivate your team and develop the employees both professionally and personally.
- You ensure compliance with work, safety, and quality standards.
- You manage and monitor project execution including budget, cost control, and relevant key figures.
- You maintain existing customer relationships and support the expansion of new customer contacts.
- You implement standards, processes, and improvements within the electrical subdivision.
- You promote occupational safety and ensure that training and awareness sessions are conducted within the team.
- You assist with contract reviews and ensure the professional implementation of service agreements.
What sets you apart.
- Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ.
- Professional certificate as an electrical project manager for installation and safety is mandatory.
- Training in the field of safety is mandatory.
- Several years of experience in planning and realising electrical systems.
- Leadership experience or pronounced leadership competence with high social skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a good understanding of business management contexts.
- Confident handling of common standards, MS Office, and industry-standard tools; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Very good German skills; English is an advantage.
- Confident appearance, analytical thinking, and strong result orientation.
