Automation Technician with Assembly and Commissioning of Large Systems

• Assemble mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic modules according to technical documents
• Independently assemble, wire and customer-orientate Loadmaster loading systems
• Carry out commissioning, system tests including software and endurance tests as well as acceptance tests based on test protocols
• Prepare systems, pack securely, secure for transport and load
• Act as a technical interface between development and support and occasionally undertake on-site customer assignments

• Completed vocational training in a technical field such as automation technician, electrician or a mechanical profession
• Several years of experience in the assembly of machines or systems
• Sound knowledge of wiring as well as basic knowledge of hydraulics
• Basic English skills to participate in training for international service technicians
• Structured and careful working method with a high quality awareness and good German skills in spoken and written form

• Varied activity on complex large systems with diverse tasks
• Great personal responsibility throughout the entire assembly process
