Are you looking for a new role with challenge, influence, and purpose? In this newly created 60% controller position, to be filled from 1 January 2027, you will manage our finances with meaningful forecasts and reports and actively contribute to the sustainable development of public transport – with a clear focus on the further expansion of data-based controlling.

Your tasks

• You actively drive the further development and digitalisation of controlling instruments, processes, and cost accounting.
• You are responsible for the forecast and reporting process, variance analyses, and proposals for measures, making a significant contribution to the financial management of our company.
• You lead risk management, the internal control system (ICS), and actively engage in selected sustainability topics.
• You support the budget and tender process in public transport and provide well-founded financial analyses.
• You provide statistical data for various stakeholders. Furthermore, you support the Head of Finance in financial matters.

Your profile

• You have completed higher education in finance or controlling/data (FH, university, or equivalent).
• You bring sound knowledge of accounting and controlling; experience in public transport is an advantage.
• A structured and data-driven approach to controlling, very good MS Excel skills, and ideally experience with the ERP system Abacus characterise your professional profile.
• Analytical-conceptual thinking, project management skills, entrepreneurial and pragmatic as well as results-oriented action are among your strengths.
• Personally, you convince through service orientation, persuasiveness, a pronounced ability to reflect, and communication skills.
