About the job
For one of our acute wards for adults at the Winterthur location, we are looking for you
Senior Physician 80 - 100%
These are your tasks
- Management of the medical-therapeutic care of mentally ill people aged 18 to 64 years
- Integrative therapeutic work in the interprofessional team
- Close cooperation with the ward manager
- Development and implementation of progressive treatment concepts
- Teaching / coaching of assistant doctors and psychologists
- Running your own outpatient clinic
What you bring with you
- Team-oriented and reflective personality
- Interest in resilience and resource orientation in an interprofessional context
- Completed specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or advanced specialist training
- Good relationship and communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German
- Swiss medical diploma or, for foreign diplomas, registration in the MEBEKO register
