Embedded in our Production Center in Wülflingen, the CELL-Monitoring department in Wülflingen produces and assembles highly precise quartz crystal sensors (measurement chains), which contribute significantly to reducing CO2 emissions, among other applications, in marine diesel engines. - In our production area, we independently and precisely manufacture the measurement chains on our assembly line with high quality responsibility from A to Z.

Your typical day

• Precise assembly: You assemble individual parts and assemblies into highly sensitive sensors using digital instructions, alternating between fine and coarse manual assembly (working with tweezers and microscope)
• Technology in use: You operate and monitor modern production equipment such as laser welding machines (CNC), test systems and perform simple maintenance tasks on your tools and equipment
• Versatile manual work: You assemble small individual parts with tweezers, assemble components into a measurement chain, operate equipment, solder components, test the sensors and prepare the entire assemblies ready for shipment to customers
• Quality assurance: You perform sensor calibrations and ensure compliance with the highest cleanliness standards as well as quality controls, partly directly at the equipment
• Process optimisation: You improve assembly processes and ensure that the corresponding instructions remain up to date
• Preparation: Cleaning components and preparatory tasks for the next assembly step are also part of your varied duties

Your profile

• Requirements / background: You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in micromontage in a similar environment and have completed a technical basic education (e.g. watchmaker, dental technician, precision mechanic, etc.)
• Delicacy: You have a steady hand and are confident in handling small parts (1-3 mm) - you work with tweezers and microscopes with us
• Technical and linguistic understanding: You can confidently read and understand digital drawings and instructions and implement these specifications precisely. Good German skills in spoken and written form are therefore required
• Flexibility: You love variety and have no problem with job rotation / workplace changes (3-4 times per day) as well as working in a 2-shift model (weekly change from 6:00-14:30 and 14:20-23:00)
• Fitness & precise working method: You are physically resilient (70% standing activity) and your working method is highly concentrated, exact and characterised by a strong quality awareness
• Modern team spirit: You describe yourself as a multicultural, motivated team player with good PC skills (MS Office, Teams, ideally SAP knowledge) and are open to learning new things
