ERP Application Manager (m/f) 80-100%
Your area of responsibility
- Aligning and adapting ERP applications to business processes
- 1st and 2nd level application support
- Configuration support, consulting and training of users in application handling
- Support and management of various applications
- Collecting and managing requirements for ERP optimization projects as well as the technical implementation in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Implementation, configuration of application solutions
- Coordination between application users, departments and software development
- Creating and updating application and operational documentation
Your profile
- You have a professional education or degree in computer science or your background brings equivalent long professional experience
- You are a doer and are not afraid to take responsibility
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking
- You have solid knowledge in the ERP application environment
- You have a good technical understanding of system technology
- You are a team player and have good communication and interpersonal skills
- You are used to working simultaneously with various ERP systems and applications
- German as a native language and good English skills
