We are looking for reinforcement: Mandate Manager in Fiduciary Services (60–100%)

The Vaga Fiduciary AG is growing – and we are seeking an experienced individual to competently, independently and with entrepreneurial thinking support our clients.

You don’t just want to process accounts, but manage mandates holistically, take responsibility and actively contribute to the development of a modern fiduciary company? Then we want to get to know you.

Your tasks

• Independent management and leadership of your own client portfolio
• Financial and payroll accounting as well as VAT returns
• Preparation and discussion of interim and annual financial statements
• Tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Advising our clients on business, tax and fiduciary matters
• Direct and personal client contact
• Support and professional guidance of our administrative staff
• Active shaping of our internal processes and further development of Vaga Fiduciary AG

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
• Sound knowledge of accounting, taxes, payroll and VAT
• Experience in independently managing fiduciary mandates
• Ideally a fiduciary / finance and accounting specialist certificate or comparable further training
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of direct client contact and challenging issues
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ambition to create real solutions for clients
