Your Tasks
- Professional, organisational and personnel management of wards in the open and secure areas
- Ensuring high-quality, patient-oriented care and support
- Leadership, motivation and development of a multiprofessional nursing team
- Staff deployment planning as well as management of duty and holiday planning
- Implementation and further development of nursing standards and concepts
- Participation in quality management measures and certification processes
- Close cooperation with doctors, psychologists, therapists and social services
- Management and support of change and development processes
- Promotion of a respectful, therapeutic and safe ward culture
- Participation in the training and induction of new employees
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional, nurse or comparable qualification
- Ideally professional experience in child and adolescent psychiatry, psychiatry or psychosomatics
- Completed further training to manage a ward or willingness to undertake this
- Several years of professional and leadership experience advantageous
- High social competence, empathy and strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills as well as economic thinking and acting
- Confident demeanour in challenging situations
- Sense of responsibility and decisiveness
