For our client, we are looking for a Health Specialist for Surgery to start immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Competent care and advice for patients and their relatives
- Ensuring high nursing quality as well as consistently implemented, individualized care planning
- Observing and early recognition of changes in health status; appropriate action within own competencies and reliable information to the qualified nursing staff
- Active participation in the further development of shift operations and interdisciplinary collaboration
Requirements Profile
- Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
- Work experience in acute care is an advantage and highly valued
- High flexibility as well as willingness to support the team and step in for colleagues if needed
- Enjoyment of a respectful, collegial environment and supportive collaboration, especially with trainees
