These are your opportunities and tasks:
- With your technical understanding, you analyse faults in PV systems and ensure a quick and sustainable solution
- By monitoring system data, you detect errors early and support the coordination of targeted measures
- With your organisation, you coordinate service, maintenance and repair assignments and support our service technicians with technical questions
- As a competent contact person, you look after our customers in 1st level support and handle technical concerns by phone and in writing
With your ideas, you continuously develop our service processes and digital tools
What distinguishes you:
- Completed technical training (e.g. electrician, assembly electrician, automation technician, solar installer or comparable)
- Several years of practical experience in a technical environment, preferably in the PV sector
- You bring curiosity for new processes and use modern digital media efficiently and confidently
- You are an organisational talent and keep an overview even when several tasks are pending simultaneously
- You work independently, are reliable and still like to pitch in as part of a team
