The  J. Senn AG  is known at the locations Döttingen, Gebenstorf, Dietikon and Villmergen as a reliable partner for breakdown and accident assistance as well as a modern BOSCH CAR SERVICE. In addition to professional repairs on passenger and commercial vehicles, our specially trained employees manufacture hydraulic hoses to customer specifications as an H-Power base.

To strengthen our night dispatch, we are looking for a reliable, resilient and customer-oriented personality at the Döttingen location by arrangement.

Employee Night Dispatch Towing Service 60–100%

Your tasks

• Receiving and processing incoming telephone calls
• Coordination and dispatch of our breakdown and accident helpers
• Organisation of operations during the night
• Support with administrative tasks and invoicing
• Ensuring professional and friendly customer contact

Working hours

• Night shift between 18:00 and 05:00
• Workload between 60–100% freely selectable

Your profile

• Friendly, well-groomed and customer-oriented appearance
• High resilience and calmness even in hectic situations
• Organisational talent and independent working style
• Quick comprehension and precise work
• Confident German in spoken and written form
• Additional language skills are an advantage
• Team-oriented and responsible personality
• Experience in the commercial sector, customer service or ideally in the automotive industry is an advantage
