The Melchsee-Frutt sports lifts are among the leading mountain railway companies in Central Switzerland. Both in winter and summer, the excursion and holiday region Melchsee-Frutt with its numerous activity options is very popular. As a service and transport company in the tourism sector, the guest is our focus.
To complement our team, we are looking for committed and motivated employees for the winter season 2025/26 in the following area:
ALL-ROUNDER (Sled Rental and Parking Service) As an all-rounder, you are attached to the Operations Department Stöckalp. Scheduled for parking service and sled rental, you are an important part of our team at the Melchsee-Frutt sports lifts.
The first impression counts. You love it when things are busy. You stay calm when it gets hectic. You take responsibility and ensure order and a smooth process with a smile. Your main task includes parking service or sled rental during high guest volume.
Together with the parking team, you are responsible for smooth, as efficient as possible guest guidance of arrivals and for directing vehicles. At the sled rental, you are in direct contact with the guest. Providing the sleds, friendly advice and support, and returns bring you joy and are an important part of your work. In addition, you are enthusiastic about maintenance work and enjoy helping in a well-coordinated team. We are looking for a flexible person who mainly wants to work on weekends and during the holiday season and brings a healthy dose of composure and great enthusiasm in dealing with guests.
