In your role as Heat Pump Service Technician & Expert (m/f/d) for Electrical Installations you will significantly contribute to driving sustainable energy solutions forward. With your expertise and technical skill, you commission our systems and take on maintenance and troubleshooting.

Your task

As part of the expansion of our service activities, we are looking for an experienced specialist who combines profound expertise in heat pump systems with advanced qualifications in the electrical field.

Within our service organisation, you will work on modern heating systems and simultaneously play a key role in further developing the skills of our technicians in the areas of electrical safety and OIBT approvals.

Your responsibilities

Technical activities

• Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of heat pumps in single and multi-family houses.

• Analysis and resolution of faults in the electrical, hydraulic and refrigeration technology areas.

• Advanced technical support for field service technicians.

• Technical support for energy management systems (HEMS) and electrical interfaces.

• Conducting complex technical assessments at customers’ premises.

• Installation and commissioning of VITOCHARGE systems (power storage) within the framework of VIESSMANN’s HEMS solutions (Home Energy Management System).

Training and assessment activities in the field of electrical engineering

• Internal contact person for questions related to OIBT (NIV) and electrical safety.

• Organisation, preparation and leadership of internal training sessions for service technicians.

• Development of training materials in French, German and Italian.

• Participation in adapting training to the requirements of ESTI.

• Support for technicians in obtaining and maintaining connection permits according to OIBT.

• Monitoring legal developments and continuously updating training content.

Your profile

• Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ or equivalent.

• Federal diploma as an expert for electrical installations and safety or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in electrical installations.

• Experience in customer service, troubleshooting or maintenance of technical systems.

• Experience with heat pumps, heating systems or building technology is a clear advantage.

• Confident in knowledge transfer and strong interest in adult education.

• Good German language skills. French, Italian and English are advantageous.

• Driving licence class B.
