- Continuous maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Promotion of additional AXA products (non-life) or services in the area of power of attorney for pensions and succession arrangements to external AXA partners
- Acquisition of new customers and building of external networks

- Completed vocational training and further education in sales, commerce or business administration
- Professional experience in the insurance industry and passed intermediary examination (VBV) advantageous
- Affinity for financial and pension products
- Strong regional ties with own network essential
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a high customer and service orientation
- High degree of independence and flexibility
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
