#yourmission* Your main responsibility is international training of new employees in commissioning with a focus on PLC control technology.* For this purpose, you create training concepts, among others, for the products OSR ShuttleTM and Streamline.* You identify training needs based on the employee competence matrix and create employee development plans together with the managers.* You are the contact person for the processing departments for training and employee development relevant topics.* You implement the developed training concepts worldwide at the KNAPP branches.#youareknapp* You have completed a technical education (HTL or comparable technical education).* You have good knowledge of TIA Portal and/or Step7.* You have optionally completed a trainer training.* You are very interested in logistical contexts and trust yourself to understand connections quickly.* Media such as e-learning, blended learning, and webinars are not foreign to you.* You have the ability to document complex technical issues both in writing and orally.* Additionally, you bring the appropriate competence to convey technical content to our specialists of tomorrow.* English and German are no problem for you.* You bring about 10% willingness to travel.#weareknappWe offer you professional and personal development programs as well as working in a motivated team where the willingness to take responsibility and enthusiasm for implementing ideas are welcome.
