Service Technician / Field Service Engineer 100% (French-speaking Switzerland)

Your Tasks

• Complete management of fluids at clients under contract: inspection, maintenance, filling, replacement and documentation
• Organisation of service logistics and fluid disposal
• On-site problem analysis and resolution
• Support for the sales team and participation in trade fairs

Required Skills

• Federal VET Diploma in mechanics or machining (polymechanic, mechanic, screw-cutting machinist or similar)
• Practical experience in production or workshop
• Fluent French, main working language
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
• Autonomy, organisational skills and customer orientation
• Availability for approx. 80% travel, driving licence B

Desired Skills

• German (strong advantage)
• Experience in technical service or after-sales service
• Knowledge of CNC machines or machining
• Experience with lubricants or cutting fluids
• Forklift licence
