Your new job - if you are ready to go the extra mile:

• You install and configure servers, cash registers, workstations, printers, scanners and other IT devices.
• You support our customers with technical questions – via remote access and directly on site.
• You analyse and resolve technical problems and ensure the smooth interaction of all components.
• You bring technical understanding and like to get hands-on – in the warehouse, shipping, at the customer and in remote support.
• You coordinate your assignments and maintain direct communication with our customers.

What you bring - and we are thrilled:

• You have a technical education or practical experience in a manual or technical field.
• You have manual dexterity, are IT-savvy and enjoy implementing technical solutions practically.
• You work independently, flexibly, reliably and solution-oriented.
• You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You hold a category B driving licence and enjoy visiting our customers.
