Company Description
The Princely Supreme Court (www.ogh.li) is the third instance within the ordinary jurisdiction in Liechtenstein and also acts as the Administrative Court.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Legal research and preparation of complex issues from civil, criminal or public law
- Support of full-time and part-time judges in the preparation of draft decisions
- Analysis of case law and literature as well as preparation of draft decisions
- Participation in quality assurance (final editing), anonymisation and publication of court decisions
- General legal support of the President and his deputy in the business operations of the Supreme Court
Qualifications
You are particularly characterised for this position by:
- Completed law degree (Master or equivalent)
- Very good knowledge of national law, preferably also European law
- Preferably passed Liechtenstein bar examination
- Analytical, structured and independent working style
- High resilience, accuracy and sense of responsibility
- Discretion and loyalty towards the institution
- Very good written communication skills
- Liechtenstein citizenship desired
