Your tasks
- Professional, individual care and support of residents
- Implementation and further development of our quality management system according to
- ISO 9001 and RAI
- Support of smooth shift operations and cross-departmental collaboration
- Weekend shifts
- Support in the individual promotion of quality of life and well-being.
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF or health professional EFZ
- Experience in empathetic care of people with dementia
- Experience in long-term care
- Knowledge of RAI and Easy Dok is an advantage
- Quality and cost awareness
- Flexibility, openness to a modern nursing philosophy
