The Consultation Hours department within Clinical Operations ensures that everything from appointment scheduling to reporting in our medical specialist areas is organised smoothly. The work is carried out Monday to Friday within regulated daytime working hours.

Your Tasks
- Professional and organisational management of medical consultation hours/secretariats
- Planning and organisation of medical consultation hours/secretariats
- Quality assurance and project collaboration on interdisciplinary processes
- Writing medical reports from dictation, as well as general administrative tasks
- Mutual representation of the team leaders of clinical operations during absences
- Assisting the team with consultation hours and in the outpatient laboratory
Your Profile
- Basic medical training (MPA, MPK, FaGe or similar), possibly with commercial further education
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in this field advantageous
- Experience in optimising and adapting processes
- Very good PC skills, ideally knowledge of Navision & KISIM
- Confident command of medical terminology
- Fluent oral and written expression
- High social competence, communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Independent, responsible and reliable working style
