As part of a strategic bank-wide initiative, this role supports the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the end-to-end operating model for External Workforce Management. Working closely with the Functional Process Owner, the Specialist helps ensure process consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization. This role plays a key part in assisting with governance workflows, tracking risk management data, and facilitating communication across HR, Procurement, Finance, and Technology.
IHRE AUFGABEN

Assisting in the daily operation and maintenance of the External Workforce operating model, including testing, tracking policies and updating process documentation

Supporting the implementation of global standards, policies, and compliance frameworks under the guidance of the Process Owner

Helping monitor end-to-end business processes across the external workforce lifecycle to identify basic operational bottlenecks

Coordinating cross-functional alignment by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and gathering updates from HR, Procurement, Finance, and Legal

Serving as a point of contact for operational queries from internal stakeholders and guiding them through standard processes

Preparing operational reports, presentations, and data exports for governance bodies and stakeholder forums

Assisting with the onboarding and training of business units on standard operating procedures
YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Procurement, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Solid experience in process support, operations, or vendor management within a corporate environment

Good understanding of external workforce management, procurement, or HR compliance topics

Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of supporting cross-functional tasks or projects

Service-oriented mindset with good communication skills to interface effectively with different teams

Solid understanding of standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic process mapping concepts

Reliable team player with a high level of diligence, accuracy, and structured way of working

Ability to work comfortably in a diverse, intercultural, and fast-paced environment

Proficient in English (written and spoken)
