Metal Construction Practitioner, great hourly wage!
Activities
- Reading, understanding, and implementing switch, track panel, and installation plans as well as type plans and assembly instructions for railway switch drives
- Distributing and positioning sleepers using a crane according to the installation and type plan
- Marking the rail division according to technical drawings
- Distributing, assembling, and tightening fastening materials using torque machines
- Drilling holes according to the grounding plan and professionally installing grounding cables
- Supporting the installation and precise alignment of tongue devices (ZV) including the associated materials
- Ensuring compliance with work, quality, and safety regulations
Requirements
- Completed training in track construction, civil engineering, metal construction, or comparable qualification is an advantage
- Technical understanding as well as confident and practiced handling of hand tools
- Ability to independently read and implement technical drawings
- Teamwork skills, reliability, and physical resilience
- Careful and quality-conscious working method
