As part of condominium construction (PPE), we are looking for a Condominium Advisor.
- You advise and support buyers in their choice of finishes as well as in their modification requests.
- You analyse their needs, request quotes from partners and subcontractors to establish estimates, then coordinate
their implementation with the construction team. - You ensure compliance with validation milestones, organise interim visits, handle invoicing and support buyers
until the delivery and acceptance of their property. - You guarantee rigorous traceability by keeping all documents up to date, validated and filed in a structured manner.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and support buyers throughout the condominium process (choices, modifications, deadlines, costs).
- Advise clients on their choices of finishes, materials and options.
- Collect and price modification requests with the help of partners and subcontractors.
- Have estimates validated and communicate decisions to the project team and contractors.
- Monitor the implementation of modifications on plans and on site.
- Ensure compliance with key milestones and follow up with stakeholders.
- Organise technical visits and interim validations.
- Manage reservations related to choices and ensure their resolution.
- Handle invoicing and payment follow-up for modifications.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation.
- Comply with current legal and normative requirements (e.g. SIA 118).
- Participate in improving internal processes and developing monitoring tools.
- Contribute to costing and specific tenders related to modifications and variants.
You bring:
- Training in interior architecture (HES/ES) or in architecture/building technology; or equivalent.
- Proven experience (min. 2–5 years) in supporting condominium buyers / finish choices /
showrooms in Switzerland. - Excellent command of French (spoken/written); a good command of German is a real asset.
- Strong skills in plan reading and technical coordination.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office); knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit is an asset.
- Developed aesthetic sense and knowledge of materials, finishes and suppliers.
- Documentary rigour, planning skills and strict adherence to milestones.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy; ability to explain technical constraints and arbitrate.
- Customer and results orientation; ability to manage several lots/apartments in parallel.
- Knowledge of sustainability labels (e.g. MINERGIE): a plus.
