Workshop Team Leader New Assembly (Construction Machinery)

Your daily routine with us:
- As a team leader, you are the pivotal point when it comes to preparing our yellow giants for their deployment
- You lead your team of about 10 employees both personally and professionally and ensure that everyone pulls together
- You plan the workshop efficiently and, in close cooperation with AVOR, ensure that our processes run smoothly
- With passion for exceptional service, you ensure that new machines leave our workshop in perfect condition
- You take on the expert support and advice of our customers as well as internal departments
- You take responsibility for our apprentices and accompany them together with your team on their way to becoming professionals
- You keep a watchful eye on occupational safety as well as order and cleanliness in your area – because the health of our team is close to our hearts
What you bring with you:
- You have completed training as an agricultural machinery, construction machinery or truck mechanic (or similar)
- You already have leadership experience or the absolute potential to inspire and engage people
- You listen carefully, act accordingly and maintain an appreciative interaction at eye level
- You are curious, enjoy learning and are open to technical changes in the world of construction machinery
- You don’t hesitate but implement decisively – always with the aim of finding the best solution for our customers
