Make us stronger and become part of our team as Branch Manager / Store Manager (m/f/d) for the sale of sports and fitness equipment in our branch in Aachen!

Responsibilities:

• Individual and knowledgeable customer advice on site and by phone
• Implementation and assurance of sales targets on site
• Ensuring smooth branch operations
• Competent contact person for all professional questions for your employees
• Independent leadership and development of your branch employees
• Handling of operational business, customer advice and product sales
• Responsibility for the branch’s sales targets

Requirements:

• Completed training as a sports and fitness merchant, in retail or a relevant degree is an advantage
• Strong interest in sport and fitness
• Initial experience in employee leadership and motivation
• Strong sales skills as well as confident and service-oriented manner towards customers
• Decisiveness, personal responsibility and resilience in stressful situations
• Neat appearance and confident command of the German language
• Willingness to work Saturdays
• Good English skills are an advantage

For this position as Branch Manager full-time, we offer a monthly gross salary between €2,500.00 and €3,100.00 plus a 1% net sales commission.

The exact classification within the salary range depends on qualifications, area of responsibility and relevant professional experience. The advertised salary consists of the respective base salary plus a location-dependent allowance.
