Your tasks

You support the overall management of the nursery in ordering and actively help shape the hardy assortment. You keep an overview at the till and ensure attractively designed sales areas with your sense of aesthetics.

From advice to implementation at the customer’s premises, you are involved: You provide competent advice and actively participate in plantings on site or at home. Whether indoor or outdoor – you find the right solution for every customer.

Your profile

You are a trained gardener, Polynatura retail specialist, or have experience in the green sector. A category B driving licence (manual transmission) is mandatory. You are open, warm-hearted and a team player and enjoy providing competent advice to our customers. In addition, you like to lend a hand – when stocking, delivering or watering. Manual skills and a practical approach complete your profile.
