About the job

Kometian is committed throughout Switzerland to the sustainable health maintenance of farm animals and promotes the responsible use of complementary medicine in agriculture.

Due to an early planned succession arrangement in our office, we are looking for dedicated individuals from 1 May 2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

Operational management of the officeSupport of the board in the further development of the association

Financial and payroll accounting, budgeting, taxes and auditing

Member and sponsor administration

Organisation of association events and general meetings

Carrying out marketing and communication activities, as well as managing the website

Further development of Kometian's offerings

Maintenance and expansion of Kometian's network

Carrying out projects, fundraising and member acquisition

Administrative support of the consulting management and coordination with specialists

Your profile

Commercial, business administration or comparable training

Experience in administration, finance or office management

Independent, structured and responsible way of working

Flexibility and initiative

Enjoyment of communication, organisation and relationship work

Good digital skills and confident German

Advantages include:
