Tasks and Responsibilities
Main objective of the role:
Preparation of offers and the associated tasks in close cooperation with the Head of Projects.
Main tasks:
• Preparation of offers for the Projects department
• Development of submissions and the associated documents
• Maintenance and review of the relevant tender platforms Secondary tasks
• Preparation of offer attachments such as reference sheets, technical reports, pre-qualifications, etc.
• Creation of templates according to specifications
• Assistance in maintaining customer addresses etc. in the ERP system
• Assistance in developing calculation guidelines etc.
Qualification
• Completed technical training
• Further training in commercial fields such as Technical Salesperson
• Ideally experience in the field of building technology
• Affinity for IT topics and digital process solutions
• Good Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.) are required
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage
• Conscientiousness and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and service orientation in dealing with customers and colleagues.
• An independent, proactive and structured way of working.
