Group Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the consolidation of group financial statements according to IFRS
- Ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as analysis of financial data
- Monitoring and analysing business results and deviations from budgets and forecasts
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses and reporting to management
- Leading a team of finance professionals and supporting employee development
- Close collaboration with various departments, such as finance and accounting, controlling and external auditors
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and implementing procedures to optimise financial workflows
Qualifications:
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in finance or group accounting, ideally with experience in consolidating group financial statements according to IFRS
- Excellent knowledge of IFRS as well as consolidation of financial statements and financial data reporting
- Experience in leading teams and collaborating with other departments and auditors
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills to present complex financial data clearly and precisely
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities
- Good knowledge of financial software and ERP systems, especially SAP
- Fluent German and English skills to communicate with international teams and stakeholders
- Excellent Excel skills to analyse and present complex data and models
