Your Tasks

• Take leadership: You lead the dispatch department and the driving staff both professionally and personally.
• Keep an overview: You are responsible for the operational transport business and ensure smooth processes.
• Plan cleverly: You coordinate the deployment of our employees, contract drivers, and vehicles.
• Act customer-oriented: You reliably implement customer requirements and are the contact person for internal and external customers.
• Ensure quality: You check time recording and compliance with working and rest time regulations (ARV).
• Pass on knowledge: You accompany the introduction and training of your employees.

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training as well as further training in transport dispatch and logistics
• Extensive professional experience in transport dispatch in Switzerland (mandatory), ideally in the general cargo sector
• Leadership experience in a comparable role
• Organisational talent, networked thinking, and a quick grasp
• Customer-oriented, structured, and solution-focused working style
• Resilient, responsible, and communicative personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
