Responsibilities:
- Independent management of a diverse portfolio
- Conducting viewings, apartment handovers and takeovers
- Review and selection of prospective tenants
- Creation and maintenance of tenant files
- Contact person for tenants, craftsmen, authorities, insurers, and caretakers
- Ensuring proper maintenance of properties and carrying out minor renovations
- Participation in construction administration of new build projects and initial lettings
Qualifications:
- Federal diploma in property management / certified real estate trustee
- Several years of professional experience in property management
- Very good MS Office skills
- High level of responsibility, flexibility, and independence
- Category B driving licence
- Fluent oral and written expression in German and French
