About the job
Those who join us get more out of life! Look forward to a varied and demanding field of tasks in a future-oriented company.
Do you want to help shape something big? Our current locations are making way for a modern new building. Until it is ready to move into, you will ensure smooth operations at various provisional administrative, workshop and storage locations as well as at train stations. Do you like to get stuck in and take responsibility? Are you a doer with a technical flair? Do you work precisely, independently and solution-oriented? Do you appreciate working with a wide range of professional groups? Would you like to start as a flexible all-rounder, learn new things and develop into the central contact person in the new building
? Then you are in your element with us.
These are your tasks
- You participate in the planning, implementation and monitoring of periodic maintenance work on building technical systems (HVACSE) and ensure seamless documentation.
- You carry out monthly building inspections in the SZU network, receive repair reports, carry out simple repairs yourself and record everything in the CAFM tool.
- You coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair work on building technical systems and facilities by external partners as well as the weekly cleaning in compliance with quality requirements.
- You support the management of locking systems, disposal processes and coordination and transport tasks in cooperation with logistics.
- You take on smaller occasional outdoor work around the workshop and organise transports of smaller furniture or office equipment with the company car.
- With the commissioning of the new building, you will develop into the central point of contact for employees, craftsmen and service providers; your workplace will then be the new building.
These are your key competencies
- You have a technical basic education, ideally as a Facility Maintenance Specialist with a Federal VET Diploma or in a similar field of building services engineering, such as sanitation, heating, air conditioning or electrical.
- You bring solid basic knowledge in the areas of building services engineering and cleaning.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You hold a category B driving licence and also drive vehicles with manual transmission.
- You can shift your focus from cross-site tasks to the care of a new, modern building.
What we offer you as a Facility Maintenance Specialist
