Your responsibilities
You are the contact person for insured individuals, employers, authorities, and regional employment agencies. In your work, you review and process incoming benefit applications. You are also responsible for calculating and disbursing insurance benefits and issuing decisions. You provide competent and service-oriented advice to our clients and partners in the AVIG implementation.
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in demanding case processing, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
- Familiarity with legal regulations and legal issues is an advantage
- Strong understanding of social issues, other cultures, and union values
- Proficient in MS Office
- Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured working style and a pronounced affinity for numbers
- In addition to fluent German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is desired
