• Processing, controlling and quality monitoring of end-to-end processes in tax reporting for clients and group companies
• Timely provision of specialised tax services (including custody exit certificates, tax vouchers, withholding tax LI/AT and tax credits LI)
• Professional and technical implementation of innovations as well as implementation of regulatory requirements in tax reporting
• Project collaboration and implementation of measures to increase efficiency
• Contact person for client advisors as well as contact for internal and external specialist departments

• Legal or business administration background (basic training) or a comparable qualification, e.g. banking apprenticeship with corresponding practice and expertise
• Experience in tax reporting, especially in preparation, review and development, as well as dealing with regulatory requirements in an international context
• Several years of experience and expertise in the areas of international taxes, tax regulatory issues as well as financial and tax law; ability to assess and further develop these topics holistically
• Good user knowledge of core banking systems, Avaloq knowledge an advantage, with a clear understanding of their use in operational and regulatory contexts
• Team player with strong communication skills, fluent in German and confident in English communication, also in exchange with internal and external stakeholders at different levels
• Proactive, solution-oriented personality with pronounced curiosity and the ability to independently drive topics forward and implement improvements sustainably
