What you can achieve

- You lead the cleaning staff operationally, coordinate all deployments, and ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality execution.
- You plan and optimize workflows, create staff deployment plans including vacation coordination and time tracking, and ensure smooth organization.
- You ensure careful onboarding of new employees, support recruitment, and maintain solution-oriented, friendly communication with customers.
- You are responsible for material orders and inventory management, handle internal and external tickets, and ensure compliance with all quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
- You conduct regular quality and site inspections in residential and commercial properties and check and record working hours and reports.

Why you succeed:

- You bring experience in cleaning and ideally have already led cleaning staff. A completed training in the cleaning field is an advantage.
- You work in a structured, precise, and independent manner and always keep an overview even with parallel tasks. You set priorities deliberately and thoughtfully.
- You convince with high customer and service orientation, friendliness, and resilience.
- You are a team player with a role model function and high social competence and communicate confidently in German; additional languages are an advantage.
- You have good MS Office skills, and good physical condition rounds off your profile.
