- You assess risks in the KPV sectors (UVGO, UVGZ, and KTG)
- Creating complex offers for key brokers and large accounts is part of your daily business
- With the support of modern tools, you evaluate progress calculations and set contract conditions
- Issuing policies and processing contract adjustments
- Checking and settling wage declarations (preparing final premium settlements)
- You enjoy supporting underwriters / specialists in complex tenders and inquiries. If needed, you also attend broker and customer visits.
- You provide professional support to our Broker Services as well as our Large Enterprises division and attend broker and customer visits as needed
- You actively participate in projects, represent underwriting interests, and contribute your ideas and experience
- Collaboration with various departments such as Distribution and Claims is easy for you
- You are interested in developing processes in terms of efficiency, digitization, and automation
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have completed commercial training in the insurance industry
- You have successfully obtained the Federal Certificate of Competence in Insurance / Social Insurance or a diploma in Insurance Economics
- Several years of professional experience in the KPV sectors (UVGO, UVGZ, and KTG) are mandatory
- You bring good MS Office skills and a flair for numbers
- Negotiation skills and enthusiasm for social insurance topics characterize you
- Good communication skills and confident German language skills are a matter of course for you
- You enjoy internal training topics and have the ability to present them within the department
- You are customer-oriented, resilient, reliable, and a team player
- High willingness to learn as well as independent and responsible working methods are not foreign to you
- You understand economic contexts and complex process flows
