Controller 80 - 100%Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office, together with the municipal tax offices, collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support private individuals and companies throughout the entire tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees are committed to this at the location in Zurich Altstetten.

Your tasks:
- Participation in the strategically important project "joint IT" with a focus on controlling and financial and accounting management as well as support in the development of new processes and control instruments.
- Analysis and structuring of financial relationships in controlling
- Preparation of evaluations, reports, and decision-making bases
- Participation in planning, budgeting, and accounting processes
- Participation in projects and support in the further development of controlling instruments, processes, and evaluations
- Preparation of data, checking of key figures, and ensuring professional quality
- Support of managers and specialist departments with clear analyses
Your profile:
- Master’s degree or qualification as an expert in accounting and controlling
- Several years of professional experience in a complex environment, ideally in a corporate group
- Good SAP knowledge (preferably FI/CO)
- Experience in the core processes of financial and accounting management such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger accounting as well as closing work is an advantage
- Analytical and structured working style as well as a strong affinity for numbers
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality with initiative
