• As a Solution Architect at Ambit Group, you lead customer workshops for process and requirements gathering together with our consultants/project managers
• You guide the customer, within the framework of solution finding, from complex needs to implementation possibilities in the area of Microsoft standard tools
• In close cooperation with the consulting team, you advise the customer, design the solution, and document it
• Together with our innovative customers, you build future-oriented solutions in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
• You independently carry out customizations based on customer wishes
• If individual developments are necessary, you prepare the technical requirements for implementation
• In the role of Solution Architect, you take overall conceptual responsibility for the customer-specific solution design
• In your area of focus, you support our sales team in presales activities

What’s your ambition?

• Customer processes and matching technical solutions are your passion
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in projects in the area of Dynamics 365 CE and are familiar with Microsoft cloud technologies
• Conceptual work is fun for you, and your ability to abstract as well as analytical thinking support you in this
• Your confident appearance and communication skills mean that giving presentations to customers does not cause you sleepless nights
• You live customer orientation and question in all your actions "What would I want as a customer?"
• You feel comfortable both in close teamwork and working independently
• You have very good oral and written German and English skills
• High self-motivation, organization, willingness to learn, and great interest in new technologies are your daily drive
