To strengthen our team in the supermarket, we are looking for a motivated and committed Supermarket Employee, 85% from 01.11.2026 at the Baden location.

• You conduct sales talks and provide our customers with department-specific information.
• You organise the sales area and set seasonal priorities.
• You create an attractive market atmosphere according to the concept.
• You consistently comply with the prescribed hygiene regulations.

• You ideally have completed basic training in retail in the area of delicatessen and food.
• You enjoy active customer contact and local as well as seasonal food products.
• You are physically fit and resilient.
• You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
• You have sound knowledge of wine and enjoy competently advising our customers on wine selection.
• You have a positive appearance and a well-groomed look.
• You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
