Your tasks

• Supporting our patients upon admission as well as throughout their entire stay until discharge.
• Personal advice on menu and drink choices according to medical guidelines and ordering via iPad.
• Administrative tasks such as ordering ward supplies.
• Close cooperation with cleaning, nursing, kitchen, transport and other interfaces.
• Responsible for adhering to the prescribed quality and hygiene standards.

Your profile

• Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist EFZ and/or professional experience in hospitality/catering
• Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications and in dealing with customers/guests/patients
• Willingness to work irregular shifts in early and late shifts during the following working hours: Monday to Sunday including public holidays, between 07:00 and 20:00
• Very good oral and written German and PC skills High
• Service orientation and independent working style
• Proven hospital experience an advantage
• Team player with polished manners
