Job Description

Are you an experienced Workplace Engineer with a passion for the modern workplace in the Microsoft environment?

This is what gets you up in the morning:

• You take on complex requests in the Microsoft Workplace area and are the technical contact person for demanding customer requirements.
• You shape the digital future of our customers and develop modern workplace solutions in the Microsoft environment.
• You are responsible for the configuration, further development and operation of Microsoft 365 workplace platforms with a focus on Intune, Windows 11, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Autopilot and Exchange Online.
• You plan and implement modern client management and security concepts and ensure secure, efficient and reliable operation of the end devices.
• You analyse and resolve complex faults, support customers with technical challenges and coordinate change, incident and problem management activities with customers, manufacturers and partners.
• You automate and optimise processes with PowerShell and contribute to the standardisation and continuous development of our services.
• You create technical documentation and operating concepts, maintain our knowledge base and share your know-how in workshops, training sessions and active knowledge exchange within the team.

We expect from you:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification; further training at HF/FH level is an advantage or already planned.
• You bring several years of professional experience as a Workplace Engineer as well as sound knowledge in the Microsoft 365 environment.
• You have sound knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows 11, Autopilot and Exchange Online as well as practical experience in client lifecycle and mobile device management.
• You have experience in software packaging and application distribution with Intune and have successfully implemented demanding workplace and Microsoft 365 projects in complex environments.
• You are confident in using PowerShell and use automation and standardisation specifically to optimise processes and services.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access as well as experience with Defender for Endpoint, Exchange Hybrid or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is an advantage. Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300 or AZ-104 are a plus.
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, convince with your customer and service orientation and communicate confidently. You have a good command of German and good English skills; French is an additional plus.
