To strengthen our team in the patient administration area, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement for the role of

• You process the admission and discharge data of outpatient and inpatient cases and ensure their quality
• You are the contact person for both internal staff and external partners (health insurers, patients, etc.)
• You support the wards and outpatient clinics with administrative questions
• You are responsible for cost assurance
• Various administrative tasks complete the diverse activity

• Completed commercial basic training or a medical/nursing qualification with commercial further training (MPA, medical secretary)
• Professional experience in patient admission in a hospital, medical practice or health insurance company
• Very precise and independent working style
• A flair for numbers, IT and digitalisation
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with a high sense of responsibility and initiative
