Formafix Switzerland AG is a leading Swiss specialist in the reprocessing of formalin and its proper disposal. We regularly supply hospitals and laboratories with formalin in various container sizes.

For our small team, we are looking for a responsible, versatile and practically minded individual with a pronounced hands-on mentality. You work independently, think ahead and pitch in where needed – in production, in the warehouse, during maintenance work and on deliveries directly to our customers.

Your Tasks

Production and Plant Operation

• You take responsibility for the production and filling of formalin into canisters and other containers.
• You monitor the recycling process.
• You carry out simple maintenance and servicing work on our plants.
• In production, you sometimes work with a respirator and comply with the relevant safety regulations.

Deliveries, Warehouse and Logistics

• You plan and undertake timely deliveries to hospitals and laboratories.
• You coordinate the shipping of containers and canisters with our freight forwarders.
• You check stock levels and ensure the availability of all required materials and items.
• You actively participate in inventory management and the preparation of goods, ensuring order and smooth processes.

Customer Service and Administration

• You maintain direct customer contact and impress with your reliable and friendly manner.
• In consultation with management, you prepare quotations when required.

Requirements:

• You have good technical understanding and manual skills.
• You appreciate working independently in a small team.
• You work calmly and precisely.
• You are comfortable with PCs and simple software for orders.
• You speak fluent German and preferably some French.
