Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a successful Swiss industrial company based in Fehraltorf with around 600 employees. We are a leading contract packer as well as a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Fehraltorf with a:

Production Team Leader in Shift Work (a, 100%)

Your role with us:

• You will take on the professional and personnel leadership of the assigned team of between 30 and 60 employees
• You are responsible for guiding the employees, promoting and developing them – you are a role model to them
• You are responsible for the detailed planning and organisation of production orders on site
• You ensure that work is carried out according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines
• You monitor the training status of employees and plan the necessary training sessions
• You collaborate with the team management and the quality management team on product-related and process-related deviations
• You assess the accuracy of the SOPs and are responsible for their implementation
• You bear responsibility for all activities of the group
• You are responsible for meeting delivery deadlines
• You are responsible for the production-ready condition of all work equipment, systems and devices

Your profile:

• Compulsory basic schooling and a completed vocational training at EFZ level or higher
• German level: C1 or native speaker
• Completed further training as a management professional
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role
• Experience in production areas, preferably experience in GMP production areas (medical technology/pharmaceuticals)
• Strong organisational skills and coordination abilities
• Basic willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation)
• Didactic skills (know-how transfer)
