Actively shape the future of our broker channel in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. For the further expansion and sustainable development in the Aargau region, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual as a Broker Advisor - based at our general agency in Aarau.

The following diverse tasks await you:

• Competent and solution-oriented support of our brokers in day-to-day business
• Active management, further development, and strategic expansion of the broker portfolio
• Efficient coordination of quotation requests and ensuring a smooth process
• Ensuring high quality throughout the entire process
• Preparation of well-founded annual plans and setting targeted impulses in market development
• Planning and execution of regional broker events to maintain and expand the network

This is what sets you apart:

• Federal diploma in the insurance sector or a comparable higher qualification
• Residence in the area of activity and strong regional ties
• At least five years of professional experience with a multi-line insurer
• High performance orientation, initiative, and strong commitment
