Refrigeration System Installer EFZ / Site Supervising Refrigeration Installer (all)

Your Field of Activity

• As a refrigeration system installer, you are responsible for the professional installation of air conditioning and commercial refrigeration systems. As a site supervising installer, you additionally coordinate the work and organise the construction site.
• You ensure a smooth process within the installation team. In the site supervising role, you lead the team and schedule materials and tools according to construction progress and delivery deadlines.
• You commission air conditioning and refrigeration systems professionally and assist with acceptance and user instruction.

• You also carry out service and repair work.

• You comply with safety regulations and quality requirements. As a site supervising installer, you ensure their implementation within the team and maintain the construction log.

• You provide on-call service according to a regulated deployment plan.

Your Expertise

• Ideally, you have completed training as a refrigeration system installer EFZ and have several years of professional experience in the refrigeration/air conditioning sector. We are looking for both skilled workers for installation and professionals with experience in site supervision.
• You have a good technical understanding, enjoy manual work and work carefully, efficiently and with quality awareness.
• You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility for your work. For the site supervising role, you also bring organisational skills and enjoyment in team leadership. Even if you want to develop in this direction, we look forward to your application.
• You communicate with customers and service partners in a friendly and professional manner, have good spoken German skills and hold a category B driving licence.
